After one full year of employment you will be eligible to participate in this plan commencing with the first month following your anniversary date. The David Lawrence Center currently matches your contribution as follows by years of service: Up to 5 years, 5%; 6 -10 years, 6% and 10 plus years, 7%. You will be required to attend an informational meeting at that time.
